Combine the saffron strands and milk in a small bowl and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Combine the paneer, milk-saffron mixture and the marinade in a deep bowl, toss gently and keep aside to marinate for atleast \u00bd hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Spread 3 pieces of paneer on a satay stick.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Repeat with the remaining paneer cubes to make the rest of the satay sticks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), grease it lightly with \u00bd tbsp oil, place 2 satays on it and cook till they turn light brown in colour from all the sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Sprinkle \u00bd tsp chaat masala evenly over it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 to make 2 more satay sticks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.
