Low fat paneer will make the recipe quite low in calories as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd37 Preparation Time: 20 mins \u00a0 \ud83d\udd37 Cooking Time: 20 mins \u00a0 \ud83d\udd37 Total Time: 40 mins<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd37 Ingredients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 1\/2 cups Mayur soya chunks, soaked in 2 cups warm water for 30 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/2 cup crumbled paneer (cottage cheese)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 2 cups shredded spinach (palak)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 1\/2 cups curds (dahi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/4 tsp chilli powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 salt to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 tsp garam masala<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 2 tbsp tomato puree<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 tsp ghee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd37 Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Wash the soaked granules, drain and squeeze out the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Add the curds, salt, chilli powder,half the coriander and ginger-garlic paste and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Cover and keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Heat the ghee in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. When the seeds crackle, add the marinated granules and saute for some times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Add the garam masala and spinach, mix well and cook till the mixture becomes almost dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Add the tomato puree, mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes till dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Add the paneer, stir for a minute and remove from the flame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.
