With green chillies, ginger and garam masala to impart a lip-smacking flavour, this toothsome kebab of energy-rich potatoes and protein-packed rajma is a delight to savour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd37 <strong>Preparation Time:<\/strong> 25 mins \u00a0 \ud83d\udd37 <strong>Cooking Time:<\/strong> 15 mins \u00a0 \ud83d\udd37 <strong>Total Time: <\/strong>40 mins\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udd37 Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 cup soaked and boiled rajma (kidney beans) , lightly mashed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 1\/2 tsp Mayur oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/2 cup sliced onions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 1\/2 tsp finely chopped green chillies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/2 cup boiled , peeled and mashed potatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 salt to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 3\/4 tsp garam masala<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 2 tbsp cornflour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 tsp Mayur oil for cooking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd37 For Serving<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 green chutney<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udd37 Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add onions and saut\u00e9 on a medium flame till they turn translucent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Add ginger and green chillies and saut\u00e9 on a medium flame for another 30 seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Add the rajma, potatoes, coriander, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring continuously. Keep aside to cool slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Add the cornflour and mix well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into a oval flat kebab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Cook each kebab on a non-stick tava (griddle) using oil till they turn golden brown in colour from both the sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.
