You can make pav bhaji sandwich for dinner as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd37 Preparation Time: 20 mins \u00a0 \ud83d\udd37 Cooking Time: 15 mins\u00a0 \ud83d\udd37 Total Time: 35 mins\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd37 Ingredients<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd37 For Pav Bhaji Sandwich<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 1\/2 cups chopped and boiled mixed vegetables ( potatoes, cabbage, carrot, green peas, and cauliflower)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 2 tbsp Mayur oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/4 cup finely chopped onions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/4 cup finely chopped capsicum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1\/2 tsp chilli powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 1 1\/2 tsp pav bhaji masala<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 salt to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 8 ladi pav<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 butter for cooking<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83d\udd37 Method<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. To make pav bhaji sandwich, heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and garlic paste and saut\u00e9 on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Add the capsicum and saut\u00e9 on a medium flame for 2 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Add the tomatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Add the chili powder, pav bhaji masala, mixed vegetables, salt and \u00bc cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally and mashing it very well with a potato masher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Add the coriander and mix well. Keep aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Slit all the pavs vertically. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle), add little butter and slit open the pavs and place on it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7. Cook on a medium flame till they turn light brown and crisp on both the sides. (add more butter if required).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8. Place a pav on a clean, dry surface and spread 2 tbsp of the prepared bhaji on the lower halve and close the sandwich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9.
